Apprenticeship Accelerator

A structured development programme designed to help your apprentices grow into confident, capable professionals who stay, contribute, and thrive.
The Programme

Preparing apprentices for success in today’s workplace

Apprenticeship schemes open doors but what happens after they step through?

Our Apprenticeship Accelerator supports this next step, helping apprentices grow beyond technical training to develop self-leadership, professional confidence, and strong workplace behaviours.

Our programme is designed for companies who want to strengthen retention, increase engagement, and build internal progression pathways. With insights grounded in early careers research, we focus on what young talent needs now and not five years ago.

How it works

Next Cohort: April 2026

We operate on a cohort model, with multiple employers sponsoring apprentices across a shared programme. Employers can put forward between 2–10 apprentices per cohort.

Our Process

How the programme works

We work with employers to help promote the opportunity internally, but apprentices must take the lead in putting themselves forward. This ensures that every participant is engaged and committed from the outset.

Onboard & Match

Each apprentice is welcomed into the cohort and begins with individual goal-setting and diagnostics to shape their learning journey.

Engage in Monthly Development

Across six months, participants attend interactive workshops, group coaching, and guided activities aligned to real workplace challenges.

Track, Reflect, and Apply

Progress is supported by ongoing reflection, coaching checkpoints, and optional manager involvement. Light-touch reporting is shared with employers.

Stay Connected

We invite apprentices into our early careers alumni network to continue learning and connecting beyond the six-month experience.
